Mark. Eye Marker in Wine

I recently purchased Mark. Eye marker in a few colors, but this entry is going to be about the Wine color.

The color I'm going to write about today is the middle one, Wine. So I was curious about this product for a few reasons. First I only have two eyeliners in white and silver, so I thought it would be nice to have a few other colors. Also, they are affordable at $6.00 per product. Lastly, you don't have to sharpen these, you just need to twist them and the products comes out. Here is my eye before and after application:
Before application. as you can see, I have some purple eye shadow on right now and nothing on my bottom water line.
After application: As you can see I clearly have the wine color on my lower water line. Application was easy and it didn't burn putting it on! I'm not sure about the color on my for some reason, but the product is great. i am going to dance class later and before I take my makeup off I will snap a picture as best I can (I'm usually exhausted and the lighting will be different. This will let everyone know how the color holds up. I see no problems with it thus far thought. I swatched it on my hand today and I've been washing them and the color is holding up beautifully! Questions/Comments welcome!

  1. By the way, It wore off a little after two hours of dancing, but I think thats understandable. And most of the color was still there!

  2. I have this in wine and jet I believe. I love this product but I wasnt a big fan of the wine. The jet was great for my skin but the wine just didnt flatter me I guess.

But yes its an easy applicator =)

Another down side for me is that it becomes flat (the tip) and I have to play around with it for a bit to make it pointy again.

    Great review!

  4. Thanks! And yes, I'm not sure if the wine suits me well either! The color could be built up if you'd like. Right now I'm wearing the enchanted forest, which I think suits me much better. I took pics before I went to work. I will put them up as soon as I get home. Stay tuned!

  5. Hey Dianakat, I was wondering about that tip as well. I thought it was a twist one, where product would come out as you twist, but I tried twisting that wine one, it didn't move. Do you know if I am doing this right?

  6. Yeah! I had a problem with that too. Like it wouldnt twist. So I just took mine out and tried playing with it but it still didnt move. SO i think thats the reason I havent used it as much as I have. I would say you need to return that and have them replace it.

Because I've only used how much it shown in the beginning but wouldnt turn. I have lots more product in it left and I didnt think about returning it. So I suggest it getting replaced.

I never had any problems with the Jet, so I think it might be the wine... so yeah.. or it's like every few wine colors. Who knows.

    Are you a rep?

  7. Yes, I'm a rep. Fairly new at it. I joined last month. I just checked mine again and I twisted it a few and it did come out. It took a while though. Maybe you should try twisting yours more?
